The Trust in partnership with the District Department of the Environment (DDOE) announces the availability of a funding opportunity and invites qualified applicants to submit proposals to implement lead poisoning prevention and other “healthy homes” measures in residential properties, located in the District of Columbia, that contain environmental hazards and either a person with asthma who is less than 18 years of age, or a “high-risk individual,” defined as a child under the age of six or a pregnant woman.
