Project My Time Research and Evaluation
The Trust led the development of Project My Time using a number of commissioned studies and youth development principles.
At the heart of the Trust's work is the philosophy of positive youth development, and measurable youth development outcomes.
The Trust engaged Child Trends to develop a logic model and measurable outcomes, and used grantee data and surveys to create an early look at outcomes.

Market Street Research surveyed parents, students and teachers to learn about their priorities for and attitudes about out-of-schol time programs in 2006 and again in 2008.
This research was incorporated into the Project My Time plan/progress report. Note: the initial name of the project "YES! DC" was changed to "Project My Time", reflecting the commitment to giving students a sense of ownership and choice in programing.
In the third year, Tandem Conglomerate performed an analysis of Project My Time data, examining student demographics and school outcomes.
